Via the Golden State Fwy (I 5) South (Glendale/Burbank area) Proceed South on the Golden State Fwy (Interstate 5) to the interchange with the Pasadena/Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). Take the transition to the 110 South. At the interchange with the Hollywood Fwy (Interstate 101) continue south on the 110 until you clear the interchange, then merge right to the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the Wilshire Blvd. exit. At the end of the offramp, turn left (east) on to Wilshire Blvd. Take Wilshire Blvd. about 5 blocks to the end, which is at Grand Ave. Stay in the left lane on Wilshire Blvd. and go straight (there is a slight jog to the right) in to the underground parking garage of the One Wilshire Building.

Via the Pasadena Fwy (I 110) South (Pasadena area) Proceed South on the Pasadena/Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). At the interchange with the Hollywood Fwy (Interstate 101) continue south on the 110 until you clear the interchange, then merge right to the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the Wilshire Blvd. exit. At the end of the offramp, turn left (east) on to Wilshire Blvd. Take Wilshire Blvd. about 5 blocks to the end, which is at Grand Ave. Stay in the left lane on Wilshire Blvd. and go straight (there is a slight jog to the right) in to the underground parking garage of the One Wilshire Building.

Via the Hollywood Fwy (I 101) South (Hollywood, San Fernando Valley) Proceed South on the Hollywood Fwy (Interstate 101) until the interchange with the Pasadena/Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). Get in one of the two right lanes and transition south on the 110. stay in the right lanes, which are marked as the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the Wilshire Blvd. exit. At the end of the offramp, turn left (east) on to Wilshire Blvd. Take Wilshire Blvd. about 5 blocks to the end, which is at Grand Ave. Stay in the left lane on Wilshire Blvd. and go straight (there is a slight jog to the right) in to the underground parking garage of the One Wilshire Building.

Via the Hollywood Fwy (I 101) North (from the East L.A. interchange) Proceed North on the Hollywood Fwy (Interstate 101) until the interchange with the Pasadena/Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). Get in the second lane from the right and transition south (not North) on the 110. Stay in the right lanes, which are marked as the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the Wilshire Blvd. exit. At the end of the offramp, turn left (east) on to Wilshire Blvd. Take Wilshire Blvd. about 5 blocks to the end, which is at Grand Ave. Stay in the left lane on Wilshire Blvd. and go straight (there is a slight jog to the right) in to the underground parking garage of the One Wilshire Building.

Via the Harbor Fwy (I 110) North (Long Beach, Torrance, LAX) Proceed North on the Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). After you pass the interchange with the Santa Monica Fwy (Interstate 10), merge right to the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the 6th St. exit. 6th St. is a one way street going east. At the end of the offramp, go straight on 6th St. 3 blocks to Grand Ave. Turn right (south) on to Grand Ave., which is a one way street going south. Once on Grand Ave., go to the leftmost lane. About 10 yards after the first stoplight (Wilshire Blvd.), turn left in to the underground parking garage of the One Wilshire Building.

Via the Santa Monica Fwy (I 10) East (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, LAX) Proceed east on the Santa Monica Fwy (Interstate 10) to the interchange with the Harbor Fwy (Interstate 110). Go to the leftmost lane and take the transition to the 110 North. Once on the 110, stay to the right, which are the Downtown exits, which split off from the main 110. Take the 6th St. exit. 6th St. is a one way street going east.
